I had the pleasure of working alongside Heli, and I'd recommend her without hesitation. She brings real excitement and creativity to her work, and she's the person I learned I could rely on for anything — I just had to reach out and she was there. What sets Heli apart is how she listens. She takes in what you're actually saying, thinks critically about the problem in front of her, and comes back with something better than what you asked for. She's thoughtful and introspective, genuinely welcomes feedback, and uses it to sharpen her work. She's also one of the most considerate people I've worked with. She thinks about her teammates constantly, often before herself, and she tells them when she appreciates them — which is why so many of her colleagues become her friends. And when she sees something that isn't right, she's not afraid to speak up. Any team would be lucky to have her. Heli may no longer be my coworker, but she's still my friend.
