SupplyPike is a B2B SaaS company helping suppliers recover lost revenue and prevent retail deductions.
Beyond its software, SupplyPike built an educational ecosystem, SupplierWiki that helped suppliers better understand the complexities of working with major retailers through simplicity.
ILLUSTRATION

Challenge
With 3–5 eBooks produced each month, the challenge was balancing custom illustration with scale. I helped build a cohesive visual system that kept every eBook and cheat sheet distinct, on-brand, and repeatable.

UX/UI
Challenge
SupplierWiki had a deep library of retailer expertise, but discovery was built primarily around long-form content. As short-form behavior became the norm, we saw an opportunity to evolve the product experience, making retailer insights faster to discover while testing a new path for paid channel.
Experiment
I explored a 0→1 UX/UI concept that organized short-form videos by retailer, topic, and expertise, creating a way to discover relevant content without committing to a full webinar or resource.
MOTION / VIDEO
Video Highlights

I partnered with our Marketing Coordinator to shape promotional video strategy for gated content, collaborating on scripts, messaging, and creative direction to ensure each asset communicated the right value to the right audience. Beyond production, I built documentation and a performance-tracking system to identify top-performing creative—connecting content, design, video, and paid media metrics to inform what we created next.
